General software features

This software enables to define a graph thanks to an adjacence matrix.
A list of states are associated to each node and edge.
The evolution of the states is described by a system of differential equations.
Some constraints may be used to define a new graph at each iteration.
This software enables to visualize the time evolution of the graph.

Software used in the team CASYS of the laboratory LJK in order to study graph's theory.
