General software features

This Matlab toolbox uses Wavelab and it is used for image reconstruction in parallel Magnetic Resonance Imaging (pMRI).
It implements the widely-used SENSE method and its regularized form in the wavelet domain, which allows the comparison between these two methods: the regularized reconstruction gives better results in terms of visual quality and Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR).

Context in which the software is used

This program is part of the ANR Optimed project for the development of optimization algorithms dealing with large size medical imaging.
